Terminology is key to digital nutrition outcomes

This session will demonstrate how dietitians are using the NCP/T to capture digitally key nutrition care, diagnosis, intervention data and outcomes that matter to people, and healthcare professionals. Opportunities and challenges on how practice-based data can be collected and analyzed at scale will be discussed.
